AJMA Communities
A National Network. Local Connections.
AJMA is a national community of Jewish healthcare professionals, with more than 3,000 members and supporters reaching across 100+ communities nationwide.
While AJMA connects our community nationally, some of the most meaningful relationships happen close to home. AJMA Communities make it easier for Jewish healthcare professionals to find one another, build relationships, share experiences, and connect with colleagues in the places where they live and work.
Whether you're looking to expand your professional network, meet other Jewish healthcare professionals, attend a local gathering, or simply know who else is nearby, AJMA helps make those connections possible.

Community Matters
100+ Communities and Growing
AJMA's reach extends across more than 100 communities nationwide—from major healthcare and academic centers to smaller cities and regions. That reach reflects something important: Jewish healthcare professionals want to find one another.
Our communities don't all look the same, and they aren't meant to. Some areas have large concentrations of AJMA members and frequent opportunities to gather. Others may have a smaller group of members who connect periodically. New connections continue to form as AJMA grows.
What brings all of these communities together is one national AJMA network and a shared commitment to strengthening Jewish life, connection, and belonging within healthcare.

Bring AJMA to Your Community
You don't need to start a chapter to bring people together.
AJMA Communities grow organically when members want to connect with other Jewish healthcare professionals in their area. That might mean organizing an informal gathering, bringing together colleagues from different institutions, hosting an educational program, or simply helping local AJMA members find one another.
AJMA can help connect interested members, share resources, and create opportunities to bring people together while keeping everyone connected to our national network.
