About the event
In response to the overwhelming interest and high demand from our first webinar, we are excited to present the second installment in our series on the importance of Jewish Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in healthcare.
Antisemitism is worsening at an alarming rate, and Jewish professionals—especially young providers and trainees—are increasingly vulnerable. Forming Jewish ERGs within our institutions is a powerful way to unite, support one another, and combat discrimination. However, challenges arise when group dynamics become complex, such as dealing with members who are extremely antizionists yet still part of the Jewish community, or when facing pushback from the enterprise itself.
Join us for an in-depth discussion that will cover:
Navigating Internal Challenges: How to handle complex group dynamics when members hold divergent views.
Overcoming Institutional Resistance: Strategies for addressing pushback from your organization when establishing a Jewish ERG. We will be joined by a special ADL Regional Director with expertise and experience in forming Jewish ERGs, working with enterprises, and overcoming challenges.
Supporting the Vulnerable: Effective ways to protect and empower young providers and trainees who are most at risk.
Practical Steps Forward: Actionable advice on forming and sustaining a successful Jewish ERG in your workplace.
